Helping the woman and her daughter to obtain double maintenance through litigation and without hurting the feelings of the father and daughter, on the premise that the man and the woman had already agreed on higher maintenance when they divorced.
When the man firmly disagreed with the divorce, after accepting the woman's commission, we helped the client achieve the goal of obtaining custody of the divorce and a reasonable division of property within 15 days.
